Copper Tank

A wholly Irish-owned company, Lycris Byrne has been involved in the evolution and manufacture of cost-effective hot & cold water storage systems and associated products for over twenty years.

The copper tanks range in size from 1 gallon to 300 gallon capacity and from 1 bar to 3 bar operating pressure, suitable for open expansion. The type of copper cylinder varies from Direct to Indirect, Dual Coil and Triple Coil and may be insulated or painted according to customer specification.

Designed by Lycris-Byrne ourpre-plumbed combination hot and cold water storage units are designed primarily for apartments. Delivery to the outgoing hot and cold supplies may be by gravity feed or by pump. Each unit comprises a water tank mounted over a copper tank (hot water storage), relevant isolation valves, energy cut-out (for extra safety), electric immersion heaters, internal feed and expansion piping
